Sandy soils over granite around Eidsvold-Mundubbera district, inland from Fraser Island, Queensland.
Description:[edit]
A small, acaulescent cycad, with twisted, grey/green leaves, to about 1m long. Very closely related to M. pauli-guilielmi, but with larger leaflets.
