Distribution & Habitat:
New Guinea rainforest.
Description:
Very attractive, single trunked Ptychosperma with caryotoid (bat/fish-tail shaped) leaflets, and brilliantly red new leaves.
General:
Probably the most attractive of the Ptychosperma's.
Culture:
Warm, sheltered and moist. Unfortunately, rather cold sensitive, so it prefers at least warm sub-tropical conditions.
