The Mascarene Island.

Habitat:

Coastal forests.

Description:

The leaflet tips of the single specimen I have seen of this plant stay joined together, which creates quite a distinctive, and atttractive look. I don't know how typical this is of the variety.

Culture:

As for D. album. Keep it out of the wind, so that the leaf tips don't get blown apart.
