Habitat:

Understory palm of moist rainforests in southern La Grande-Terre, New Caledonia. Often found in secondary forest.

Description:

A small (to 5m) feather palm, with prominent nodes, and arching leaves.

General:

Culture:

Very rarely cultivated.
