Chelyocarpus sp. 'Bolivia'

Distribution & Habitat:

Central Bolivian rainforest, near the Andes (quite some distance from all other reported areas of Chelyocarpus)

Description:

Very attractive, understory fan palm.

Culture:

Sheltered, and moist. This species is probably very cold tolerant, since it is found in a rather cold area.
