Distribution & Habitat:
Endemic to Palma Sola, Veracruz, Mexico which is a lightly forested coastal area. It grows in close proximity to Dioon edule.
Description:
A medium sized cycad with large, stiff, upright, lime green leaves and prominent spines. It is closely related to Ceratozamia mexicana.
Culture:
Prefers a lightly shaded, moist, but well drained position.
