Common Names:

Chinese Fishtail Palm

Distribution & Habitat:

Open forest around Canton, China.

Description:

A medium sized, solitary palm, to about 8m tall, with a very long crown of leaves.

Culture:

Sunny, moist, but well drained position. Very cold tolerant.
