Distribution & Habitat:

Near San Carlos, Mexico.


A large Brahea which is proving very difficult to identify. Various people have identified it as B. brandegeei, and B. aculeata. I don't think its either. My friend Greg and I think its more similar to an B. armata, but it has petioles that are much too long and armed with thorns.
