Distribution & Habitat:

South American rainforest.

Description:

An attractive, small, single stemmed palm, to about 1m, with entire, undivided leaves, which are deeply notched at the end.

General:

A very popular plant amongst palm collectors.

Culture:

Sheltered, shady, and moist.
