Common Names:

Distribution:

Blackdown Tableland, central Queensland.

Habitat:

Open eucalypt forest.

Description:

A solitary fan palm to about 20m tall, with stiff leaflets, and a very attractive golden underside to the leaves.

General:

Raeley seen in cultivation, but very popular with collectors.

Culture:

Sunny, moist, but well drained position. Quite cold and drought tolerant.
