Palms   Latania lontaroides

Synonymy: Numerous Common Names: Red Latan Palm Distribution & Habitat: Cliffs and coastal ravines of the Mascarene Island of Reunion. Description: A medium to large fan palm, in which the petioles, and leaves have a very distinctive red colouration. Culture: Sunny, moist, but well drained position.
