Distribution & Habitat:
Open forest on limestone hills in southern China.

Description:
A small clumping fan palm, to about 1m tall. Dark green leaves, with white undersides.

General:
An attractive little palm but usually only grown by collectors.

Culture:
Well drained sunny position, in an alkaline soil.
