Conservation Status:
Endangered.

Distribution & Habitat:
Rocky soils in lowland coastal rainforest thru to rather dry forest in eastern Madagascar.

Description:
A small clustering palm with up to 12 stems, and between 0.5 and 2 metres tall. It has long, narrow, entire leaves with a a small notch in the end.

Culture:
Warm, sheltered and moist.
