Habitat:
The north east coast of Madagascar.
Description:
A small clustering palm (altho often appearing solitary), to about 2.5 m tall.
It gets its name however from the wide variation in leaf shape that it can possess,
from simple bifid leaves, thru to pinnate, with up to 13 leaflets.

Warm, sheltered and moist.
