Habitat:
Lowland rainforest, Madagascar.
Description:
A solitary palm to 15m, with attractive light green leaflets,
which are very pale when new.
General:
A very recent addition to the range of Madagascan palms,
originally thought to be extinct.
Culture:
Prefers light shade when young, but will take full sun
when it gets bigger.
