Distribution:
The east coast of Madagascar.
Habitat:
An understory plant of the rainforest
Description:
A small, solitary palm, to about 1.5m tall, with either entire bifid leaves,
or pinnate leaves. Forms large colonies.
General:
Apparantly the most common small palm in Madagascar.
Culture:
Shady, sheltered, and moist. Likes it very humid.
