Common Names:
Pacific Beauty palm

Habitat:
Wet rainforest on Bonin Island.

Description:
A tall, slender emergent palm to about 15m, with a prominantly ringed trunk, long arching leaves, and a whitish waxy crownshaft.

Culture:
Full sun, and lots of water. A very strong grower, that is proving to be very popular in south-east Queensland.
