Distribution & Habitat:
Rainforest of Mexico, and Central America.

Description:
A small, solitary palm to about 2m, (tho very rarely taller than 1m in cultivation), with wide, deeply notched, entire leaves.

Culture:
Warm, sheltered, and moist.
