Distribution & Habitat:
An understory palm from Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Grows in rainforest at 800-1400 metres.

Description:
A small, solitary palm with long, thin, bifid leaves up to 1m long, with whitish undersides.

Culture:
Warm, sheltered and moist.
