Palms   Brahea sp. 'San Carlos'

Distribution & Habitat:
Near San Carlos, Mexico.

Description:
A large Brahea which is proving very difficult to identify. Various people have identified it as B. brandegeei , and B. aculeata . I don't think its either. My friend Greg and I think its more similar to an B. armata , but it has petioles that are much too long and armed with thorns.
