Distribution:
North end of Guadalope Island, off the west coast of Mexico.

Habitat:
Steep rocky slopes.

Description:
Solitary palm to about 10m, large, green, costapalmate leaves. The only Brahea not to have persistant dead leaves.

General:
Edible fruit.

Culture:
Full sun, well drained position. Frost and drought tolerant. Dislikes high humidity. Slow.
