Common Names:
San Jose Hesper Palm,
Palma de Taco

Distribution:
Baja California and Sonora, Mexico.

Habitat:
Canyons, near streams and on shelterd slopes.

Description:
Single trunked palm to about 13m tall, (the tallest of the Braheas) costapalmate leaves, green above, glaucouse below.

Culture:
Full sun, well drained position. Frost and drought tolerant. Dislikes high humidity.
