Synonymy: Didymosperma sp . Common Names: The Christmas Island Palm Distribution: Christmas Island Habitat: Rainforest. Description: A solitary emergant palm, with silver undersides to the leaves, and very fibrous trunks General: Culture: Probably warm, moist, but well drained position. Virtually unknown in cultivation, and rarely seen in good condition.
