Cycads   Zamia chigua

Synonymy: Zamia princeps , Aulacophyllum ortgiesi Conservation Status: Near Threatened Distribution & Habitat: Lowland rainforest in the Chiriqui region of Panama and the Choco of Colombia. Description: A medium sized cycad with a wrinkled trunk to 2m tall, and leaves up to 3m long Culture: Warm, sheltered, and moist but well drained.
