Distribution:
North Cape York Peninsula, north Queensland.

Habitat:
Open eucalypt forest on sandy soils.

Description:
A medium tall cycad to about 4m tall, with bright green glossy leaves to about 1.4m long.

General:
Very similar to C. badensis .

Culture:
Sunny, moist, but well drained position.
